WARRANTY INFORMATION

Each pickup comes along with a five-years warranty.

Leads disconnections, removing the protective coil tape or the metal covers will void the warranty.

Warranty cancellation aslo includes the cases of any damage in cover, misuse or alteration of the pickup.

RETURN INFORMATION

All the pickups can be returned in their original condition (including packaging and accessories) within a period of 20 days starting from the purchase date provided that they have not been installed.

Full Refund is provided for these pickups value excluding the initial shipping costs.
Customer is also liable for the return costs.

Custom orders are excluded from exchange and refund policy.

Pickups that are damaged, adused, missing parts and generally, not in their original condition are not due to any refund.

Concerning installation issues, in case that you are not familiar with wiring it is strongly advised that you consult a qualified guitar tech.
